D.A. HaydenD.A. Hayden, a partner at Hayden ·Wilder, has over twenty-five years of experience in integrated marketing communications. As a creative strategist for existing and start up companies, she ensured strong, relevant marketing communications drove client business results. Her experience includes working with global, Fortune 500, start-up and turnaround companies in the consumer, retail, B2B, financial and service sectors. Her experience hiring and training employees at all levels led her to counsel college graduates in securing a career-building first job.

An advisor to chairmen, CEOs and owners/founders, D.A. was president of Arnold Public Relations, a unit of Havas, the world's 4th largest communications company. Prior to joining Arnold, D. A. was senior vice president of consumer marketing at Bozell NY, senior vice president of alternative media at Grybauskas Beatrice Advertising NY, and director of corporate communications for Glenmore Distilleries Company (Guinness PLC) in Louisville, KY.

D. A.'s client experience includes: Volkswagen, Chrysler, McDonald's, PNC Financial Corp, Verizon, The Washington Redskins, Brown Brothers Harriman, Ameritrade, Fleet Financial, Merrill Lynch, Heublein, Inc. D. A. is a graduate of Manhattanville College and completed graduate studies in broadcasting. She is an avid equestrian and holds board positions with several organizations, which focus on land conservation and education. Her first job out of college was with a public relations agency in New York City. It paid $10,500 a year.
