Tuition Packages
A variety of services and tuition packages are available.
Hayden·Wilder also provides optional personal assessment testing to measure self- reported skills and interests. Testing fees are billed in addition to standard tuition. Additional special tutoring is available for an hourly charge. Sessions are conducted at Hayden·Wilder's office or at other appropriate locations by prior arrangement. Off-site counseling can be arranged, e.g. college or home, for an additional charge covering mileage and expenses. Package #1 "Candidate Illumination" This full program assesses client qualifications and determines interests, strengths and weakness to provide clarity and career focus. A compelling, captivating resume and cover letter will be developed. A baseline videotaped interview will be conducted, followed by multiple one-on-one videotaped interview training sessions designed to master interview skills. This package also includes prospecting for job opportunities, developing attention-getting marketing strategies, building and maintaining effective networks, lead generation and follow up strategies. Eight sessions. Ninety minutes each session. 21 hours of homework. $3,250 Package #2 "Focus and Presentation" This abbreviated curriculum assesses client qualifications and determines interests, strengths and weaknesses to provide clarity and career focus. A compelling, captivating resume and cover letter will be developed. A baseline, videotaped interview will be conducted, followed by multiple one-on-one videotaped interview training sessions. Four sessions. Two hours each session. 10 hours of homework. $2,175 Package #3 "Candidate Illumination For Out-Of-Town Students" This full "Candidate Illumination" curriculum is a concentrated version of package #1 and is specifically designed for students who are not from the New England area. It is comprised of two, three, or four days of immersion in Boston and advance work/follow-up conducted on-line and via phone conference. Each day of the immersion program (depending on the number of days chosen) involves three to five hours of one-on-one counseling in our offices. Each day is followed by three to four hours of homework. Students participating in this session generally arrive the night before day one, and depart on the evening of the last day of the session. We are happy to recommend hotels within a five minute walking distance of our office. $3,250 Package #4 "Resume Lab" This package is a one-on-one program designed to deliver a persuasive, professionally prepared resume. An analysis of past work experience, accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses is conducted to determine relevant content. Two sessions. 2 hours total. 3 hours of homework $500.00 Package #5 "Interview Workshops" This package is available to individuals or groups of up to four participants. The workshop includes development of proprietary tools for use in interviewing, including content for the majority of interview questions. Videotaped feedback and training in delivery and body language is included in each workshop. One or two sessions based on client circumstances. 4 hours total. 3 hours of homework. $600.00 individual $450.00 per person for groups of two to four participants Cancellation Fee We maintain the right to observe a 24-hour cancellation fee. $100 will be charged if a scheduled session is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointed session time. |
